In terms of the formation of toxic industrial waste Vinnitsa (15 points),
Kirovohrad (12 points) and Poltava (12 points) regions improved their positions; Sumy
region declined 14 % in the rating.
Calculation of total rating assessment offer to hold according to previously created
methodology [1]. According to the calculations in 2013, the first three places in the
ranking received Zakarpattia, Volyn, Ivano-Frankivsk regions (Table 15).
