4) the scientific principle – the use of various research methods: the construction
of dynamic series, abstract expression of the level of indicators, comparison of the level
of indicators with the indicators of the basic year;
5) the informative principle – the possibility of visual perception of the state of
sustainability of agricultural land use.
The components of the indicative model are:
1) blocks of indicators of indication - ecological, economic, social, ecological-
economic, socio-economic and ecological, social and economic block [19];
2) indication indicators [20];
3) time lag;
4) determining the basic years for the implementation of the corresponding
comparisons;
5) defining the levels of indicators and their coding: P – positive dynamics of the
indicator compared to the values in the basic year; N – negative dynamics of the
indicator in comparison with the value in the basic year; M – the value of comparable
indicators of the level; - missing data; X – is the basic year. For those years, which
contains information for previous years (for the period from 2000 to 2015), additional
dynamics are shown in relation to the previous year (on the principle of a chain growth
rate).
The constructed indicative model makes it possible to determine the change in the
level of indicators in the time lag (horizontally), and the stability of land use
development (vertically) (Table 10).
Using the indicative model, one can make a statement about the sustainable
development of agricultural land use in Ukraine. Only 30 indicators meet the
requirements of sustainable land use development, and the last 100 do not meet these
requirements and principles. This is a base of the development of progressive countries
of the world.
Consequently, in Ukraine (2015), the development of land use does not
correspond to the principles of sustainable development, does not contribute to the
normal functioning of the rural population, does not lay positive basis for the future.
