The efficiency of the use of land for the production of livestock products is
determined by the indicators of the output of livestock products per 100 hectares of
land. In 2015, compared to 1990, was produced less milk by 58.1 % and by 81.3 % -
less beef per 100 farmland; less pork by 50.5% per 100 hectares of arable land. Only
result indicators of eggs and poultry meat grew by 2.5 and 59.7% per 100 hectares of
crops (Fig. 15).
The obtained data on the production of livestock products correlate with the data
on the relatively insufficient level of consumption of this product, but do not explain
the insufficient level of consumption of products of plant origin.
