Positive is the increase in land productivity from 0.16 to 0.63 UAH / UAH
however, in conditions where the value of land is determined as the monetary valuation
of 1996, indexed by the inflation rate, one can not expect the high objectivity of such
an indicator.
There is a positive dynamics in investments in agricultural production. Thus,
since 2001, the volume of investments into the basic capital of agriculture per 1 hectare
has grown from 40.68 UAH to 705.77 UAH in 2015 (seventeen times), but the volume
of the invested capital remains insufficient for the technological breakthrough of the
industry. At the same time, the share of investments in the main capital of agriculture
increased from 5.0 to 11.0% - only twice (in the period under study) (Fig. 11).

The volume of direct foreign investments in agriculture per hectare of farmland
increased significantly during the investigated period – from 2.28 $ in 2000 to $ 14.44
in 2015, which is seven times more than basic year data. At the same time, the share of
foreign investments in agriculture decreased from 1.9 % to 1.3%.
